How long does it take to fulfill my order once it is received?
Customer's orders are filled on an 'first-in, first-out' basis.
The best way to avoid disappointment for everyone concerned is to order a minimum of 2 weeks BEFORE the required date (if applicable).
It has been our practice to have standard orders ready for dispatch within 5 working days. Customised and bulk orders within 10 working days. We ask that our customers take these fulfillment times (and delivery times if applicable), into consideration when ordering, especially if there are deadlines involved.
Our customers are notified by email when an order has been fulfilled and ready for dispatch.
How long does it take to receive my order once it is dispatched?
You understand and accept that once a parcel is handed to the 3rd party delivery service, Trophies Etc has no control of any further circumstances governing delivery timeframes, and therefore provides the following as a guide only.
Air Service (3kg max) - up to 3 business days for metro, up to 5 business days for rural/remote.
Postal Service (10kg max) - up to 5 business days nationwide (source: Australia Post web site).
Road Freight Service (10kg+) - up to 10 business days nationwide (source: freight carrier website).
Our customers are notified by email when an order is dispatched. This email also details trace numbers for parcel tracking.
How much does postage/shipping cost?
A flat rate of AU$11.00 is added to your order at checkout.
Customer Delivery Address and Contact Details:
For delivery of goods by courier, a physical street address is required. PO Box deliveries are only available through Australia Post shipping method. We will notify you by email if we are unable to deliver to the address you specified upon ordering.
To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, they are responsible for follow-up and possible re-shipping costs.
There may be instances where delivery charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the delivery charge has increased, Trophies Etc will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.
Proof of Dispatch / Proof of Delivery
Should you require a proof of dispatch, please call us on 07 4658 1611 or email us at dispatch[at]trophiesetc.com.au and we will fax you a copy. If your order has not been received within a reasonable period after the standard lead times suggested above, we will ask the delivery service for a signed proof of delivery. If this document is available, then the onus is on the customer to liaise with the delivery company on the status of their parcel.
